Placing an Order
You can order online anytime! You can also place an order via email to customerservice@greatarrivals.com.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.  If you would like to set up a Corporate Account to pay by check, please contact Customer Service at customerservice@greatarrivals.com.

Placing an Order Including Wine
Due to state restrictions, we cannot ship gift baskets containing wine to the following states: AL, AK, DE, KY, MS ND, OK, SD & UT. We cannot ship wine outside of the United States. In addition, all wine shipments must be signed for by an adult over 21.

Gift Message
When you add your gift basket to your cart, please enter your gift message.  There is no cost for this option.

Delivery Date
You can specify your preferred delivery date during the checkout process.  We will do our best to ensure that you gift basket arrives on the date you specify.

Changes/Cancellations
If you have a change to your order or would like to cancel, just let us know!  We can make the change for you up until the order is shipped.
If your order has already shipped, we will do our best to make the changes you need but there may be additional fees.

Custom Gift Baskets
We are happy to make a custom gift basket for you whether your ordering one or hundreds.  If you see items you like on various pages across our site, make a note of them and email us at customerservice@greatarrivals.com and our gift basket designer will be in touch.
