GreatArrivals wholesales its gift basket products for 20% off its retail prices. Our retail pricing is significantly lower than our competitors in the marketplace and thus, affords our Drop Ship Partners a stronger competitive advantage when pricing according to their required margins.  In addition, Drop Ship Partners get 20% off our sale prices too!

Data Feed:

GreatArrivals will supply you with a data feed of all of our products including images, long descriptions, and list prices. Drop Ship Partners are encouraged to write their own short descriptions, and these must be accurate.

Submitting Orders:

You will need to place all orders online through our storefront. You will be able to set up your own account and establish a username and password to login to our storefront. Having your own GreatArrivals account will give you many advantages including accessing order history, storing shipping addresses and tracking orders directly online. You will be provided with a Drop Ship Partner Discount Code to use when placing all orders online to receive your 20% discount.


GreatArrivals is located in Massachusetts and we ship FedEx and US Postal Service everywhere in the country and also internationally. Please see our shipping policy for more information.   


GreatArrivals will ship orders same day that are received from Drop Ship Partners up to 3:00 p.m. EST. You will receive an email notification of the shipment with a tracking number at the end of the day. Orders received after 3:00 p.m. EST will be shipped the following business day. We put your Company Name and your Telephone Number on the Shipping Label but our address as a return address. This is required so that we receive the returned merchandise in order to process any required refund for you.

We do NOT put our name on any of the labels or the basket itself, so the product looks as if it is coming directly from your store. We DO NOT store or use your customer's email or address information to contact them for any advertising purposes.

Our gift cards also have your Company Name and your Telephone Number on the left hand side of the card. The gift message is on the right hand side of the gift card.  This is fully automated so you need to make sure that the information you provide to us is accurate.

GreatArrivals will charge your credit card at the time you place the order.

Hours of Operation:

GreatArrivals is open Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST. The company is not open on the weekends, however; it is our policy to return weekend customer service requests or inquiries by 10:00 am EST on Monday.

*Drop Ship Partners are not authorized to sell Greatarrivals.com Gift Baskets on Amazon, Overstock or eBay.

*Drop Ship Partners do accumlate loyalty chips but are not allowed to redeem them.
