Orders placed any day Monday through Friday before 3 pm EST will ship the same day. We pride ourselves on shipping same day, as many of our competitors cannot do this for their customers.

Some customers place orders after 3 pm and the basket ships the following day. We find most customers will be concerned particularly if an order is placed after 3 pm on a Friday because the gift basket cannot ship until Monday. FedEx service pick ups are Monday through Friday and while the US Postal Service may pick up on a Saturday, our offices are closed and we cannot schedule the pickup. 

We realize this may be disappointing to some customers when they first learn of the delay, however, during the checkout process, customers do see the arrival date of their gift basket for each of the shipping options. Offering multiple shipping options to our customers ensures there are no surprises with the expected delivery of their gift basket.
