Placing an Order
You can order online anytime or call Customer Service at 800.862.0599 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. You can also place an order via email to email@example.com or fax to 508.222.1790.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. If you would like to set up a Corporate Account to pay by check, please call Customer Service at 800.862.0599.
Placing an Order Including Wine
Due to state restrictions, we cannot ship gift baskets containing wine to the following states: AL, AK, DE, KY, MS ND, OK, SD & UT. We cannot ship wine outside of the United States. In addition, all wine shipments must be signed for by an adult over 21.
When you add your gift basket to your cart, please enter your gift message. There is no cost for this option.
You can specify your preferred delivery date during the checkout process. We will do our best to ensure that you gift basket arrives on the date you specify.
If you have a change to your order or would like to cancel, just let us know! We can make the change for you up until the order is shipped.
If your order has already shipped, we will do our best to make the changes you need but there may be additional fees.
Custom Gift Baskets
We are happy to make a custom gift bakset for you whether your ordering one or hundereds. If you see items you like in various pages across our site, make a note of them and give us a call at 800.862.0599 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and our gift basket designer will be in touch.
