Diseno Malbec Red Wine
Malbec has thrived in Argentina since the 1800?s when cuttings were transplanted from their original home in France. Now considered among the world?s most distinguished red wines, Malbec flourishes in Mendoza. Two of Argentina?s most highly respected vignerons supply Diseno Malbec from old growth vineyards in Mendoza. Vines grow in fertile soil, rich with old mineral deposits, irrigated by heavy winter snow melt from the Andes glaciers. Both families hold great respect for tradition in their pursuit of quality.
Diseno Malbec can best be described as the equivalent to a chocolate box in wine form. It is a luscious red wine that delights with each sip. Although this red Malbec is complex, it isn?t too dry or too sweet. In addition, the flavors are so robust, it tastes like an indulgence even though the average pour of red wine is 150 calories. Diseno Malbec?s exquisite label and chocolate notes add class to even the most relaxed Netflix date.
The Diseno Malbec has a rich, dark purple color. The taste is robust with flavors of cassis, blueberry, and chocolate. A slight cinnamon and tobacco spice subtly unfold as the ripe fruit subsides. The finish lingers with hints of toffee and coffee.
Concha y Toro Casillero del Diablo Carmenere Red Wine

Taste: Notes of dark plums and spice, generously framed by toasty American oak with a soft and well structured mouthfilling texture.
Dark red crimson color. Notes of plums, black fruit, chocolate and spice on the nose. It is a well-balanced, round wine with firm tannins. Casillero del Diablo Carmenere is excellent with fresh light dishes based in meats, vegetables and fresh herbs. Also a good accompaniment to ripe cheeses such as Gouda, Gruyere or a dry goat cheese.
