Camelot California Merlot Red Wine

Camelot Merlot was produced from a blend of Lodi, Central Coast and North Coast region grapes. By blending fruit from cool-climate regions with grapes grown in warmer microclimates, we are able to produce a distinctive Merlot with rich, ripe fruit flavors, supple tannins and balanced structure. At Camelot they combine state-of-the-art technology with old world artisan winemaking techniques to craft an outstanding Merlot that consistently over-delivers on quality. Fermented in stainless steel tanks, our Merlot spends eight months in French and American oak to soften and enrich its lush cherry and dark berry flavors.

The Merlot displays rich notes of smoky oak and mesquite, which are perfectly balanced with soft, ripe tannins and sweet, dark fruit. On the palate, the wine has a mouth filling, wellstructured foundation of Bing cherry and dark fruit flavors revealing notes of cracked black pepper and caraway in the long, elegant finish. Try this splendid red with grilled meats, pork roasts, red sauce pasta dishes and flavorful hard cheeses.

Are there any special shipping requirements for wine?

Yes, due to state restrictions, we cannot ship gift baskets containing wine to the following states: AL, AK, DE, KY, MS, MT, NH, NM, OK, SD, TX and UT.
All wine shipments must be signed for by an adult over 21.
There is a $4.95 handling fee for all wine gift baskets.

When will my gift basket ship?

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3:00 p.m. EST will ship out the same day.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday.
If you would like to specify an arrival date for your gift basket, please indicate the arrival date in the "Preferred Delivery Date & Notes" section during the checkout process

When will my gift basket arrive?

For UPS Ground, it depends on what state your gift basket is being delivered to ~ use the color coded UPS Shipping Map here to figure out the how long it will take.
For UPS Next Day Air, your gift basket will arrive in one business day.
For UPS 2nd Day Air, your gift basket will arrive in two business days
For UPS 3 Day Select, your gift basket will arrive in three business days.
