Can I Specify A Gift Card Message?

Yes, during the checkout process, you will be prompted to write your gift message in an area called "Gift Message".

Can I Substitute Gift Items?

Absolutely! We care more about making sure it works for you than for us! So, you can do one of two things. You could call us and let us know of the change. Or you can simply specify that change in the "Delivery Information" area of the order form. Depending upon what items you have selected to substitute, there may be a difference in price.

Will Standard Products Be Substituted?

GreatArrivals reserves the right to substitute items in baskets. Our policy is to substitute items only if the item is out of stock. We make every effort to substitute the item with a like item (i.e. a cookie with a cookie), and ensure that the item being substituted is of equal or GREATER value.

Can I Return A Gift Basket?

Yes - if for any reason you or your recipient is not satisfied with the gift basket, you may call customer service at 800.862.0599 or email to request a return. Our customer service representatives will provide you with a return authorization number. Then you can simply repack the gift basket in the box that it came in and mail it back to us at Gift Baskets, 70B Frank Mossberg Drive, Attleboro, MA 02703. We suggest you use a traceable service to mail it back - UPS or FedEx. Once we receive the basket, you will be issued the appropriate credit for the entire basket or the components returned.
