When Will My Gift Basket Ship?

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3:00 p.m. EST will ship within 24 hours - guaranteed. If you order before 3:00 p.m. EST, we can usually ship the same day, but cannot guarantee it. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday. If you would like to specify a date for your gift basket to be shipped, please indicate the shipping or arrival date in the "Preferred Delivery Date & Notes" section of the Online Order Form.

When Will It Arrive?

It depends on to what state the package is being delivered. We ship UPS Ground from Massachusetts. Use the color coded UPS Shipping Map below to figure out the how long it will take.

UPS Ground makes deliveries Monday - Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.

* Some packages may be able to arrive on Saturday depending upon the state to which you are shipping. GreatArrivals may sometimes choose to send your package Fed Ex Home delivery to best meet your desired delivery. Contact us at 800.862.0599 or email customerservice@greatarrivals.com if you have any questions.

For example: A package going to Georgia will take 3 business days. The shipping day does not count. If the gift basket was ordered on Tuesday evening at 8:00 p.m. EST it would leave GreatArrivals.com Gift Baskets on Wednesday and would arrive in 3 business days on Monday. (Saturday and Sunday do not count as Transit Days).

Can I Ship Overnight?
Yes, GreatArrivals Gift Baskets will make every effort to meet your delivery needs. Should the timing not work out using our standard UPS Ground service, we do have other shipping options available. These options include UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select, or Next Day Air with Saturday Delivery. Not counting the day your gift baskets is shipped - Next Day Air will arrive the Next Business Day, 2nd Day Air will arrive in 2 Business Days, 3 Day Select will arrive in 3 Business Days, and Next Day Air with Saturday Delivery will arrive on the Saturday of the week the gift basket is ordered.

How Much Will It Cost?

Your cost will depend on the type of service selected and the gift basket you have chosen. UPS Ground shipping is always $9.99. UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select will change depending on the shipping location and the dimensions of the gift basket chosen. You will be prompted to choose your shipping method during the checkout process. The rate will change for each method you choose. UPS does not deliver on the following holidays and they do not count as a day of transit:

New Year’s Day - January 1, 2010
Memorial Day - May 25, 2009
Independence Day - July 4, 2009
Labor Day - September 7, 2009
Thanksgiving Day - November 26, 2009
Day after Thanksgiving Day - November 27, 2009
Christmas Day - December 25, 2009
New Year’s Eve - December 31, 2009
