How Do I Order A Gift Basket?

You can order online at www.GreatArrivals.com Gift Baskets 24 hours a day – 7 days a week, or send an e-mail to customerservice@greatarrivals.com Gift Baskets, or call customer service at 800.862.0599 or 508.222.0925 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, or by fax at 508.222.1790.

What Credit Cards Are Accepted?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Can I Specify A Gift Card Message?

Yes, during the checkout process, you will be prompted to write your gift message in an area called "Gift Message".

Can I Substitute Gift Items?

Absolutely! We care more about making sure it works for you than for us! So, you can do one of two things. You could call us and let us know of the change. Or you can simply specify that change in the "Delivery Information" area of the order form. Depending upon what items you have selected to substitute, there may be a difference in price.

Will Standard Products Be Substituted?

GreatArrivals reserves the right to substitute items in baskets. Our policy is to substitute items only if the item is out of stock. We make every effort to substitute the item with a like item (i.e. a cookie with a cookie), and ensure that the item being substituted is of equal or GREATER value.

Can I Create A Custom Basket?

Absolutely! - That's what we're here for! If you see items you like in various pages across our site, make a note of them and give us a call at 800.862.0599 or email us at customerservice@GreatArrivals.com

What Are The Hours Of Operation?

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST. Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day –7 days a week.

Can I Return A Gift Basket?

Yes - if for any reason, you or your recipient is not 100% satisfied with the gift basket, you may call customer service at 800.862.0599 or email customerservice@greatarrivals.com to request a return.

We will manage the return at no cost to you through our Shipping Partner. In most cases, you will only need to repack the gift basket back in the box that it came in and leave it outside your door. Our Shipping Partner (US or FedEx) will come by within 24-48 hours of the request to pick up the basket and will redeliver it back to our warehouse location. Once we receive the basket, you will be issued a full credit, or you will have received a replacement if you have chosen to select a different basket or a new basket.
