Log in to your account at GreatArrivals.com Member Login. Your GG Points Balance will be presented to you and remain available to you as you visit any page on GreatArrivals.com Gift Baskets.

How do I redeem my GG Points?
Each time you place a gift basket in your shopping cart it will tell you how many GG points it is to buy that basket. If you have enough GG Points to cover the purchase of the basket, you will be offered the opportunity to "Pay With GG Points" during your checkout.

Can I use my GG Points towards a purchase even if I don't have enough GG Points?
You must have enough GG Points to cover the purchase of the basket in order to redeem with GG Points. For example, if you have earned 400 GG Points, you may purchase a $39.99 basket entirely with your GG Points (100 points earns you $10 in savings).

Can I take advantage of Volume Sales Discounts and receive GG Points?
You may EITHER earn GG Rewards Points on volume purchases OR take advantage of our Volume Sales Discount program but cannot do both. Sorry!

Can my GG Rewards Points be applied towards shipping costs?
Shipping charges are excluded from the Great Gift Club Rewards Program. During checkout, you may apply your GG Rewards points towards the price of the basket(s) but will still need to pay for the cost of shipping.
